View the Fax Log

Once a fax message has been sent or received, you can view it at anytime in myTTNC under the fax section.

Please note - The date and time displayed on the logs use your local browser time.

Viewing the Sent and Received Faxes

When a fax is sent or received the fax is stored in within myTTNC. To access the faxes follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on Fax in the left-hand menu.

  1. By default, the Fax Logs will show all faxes sent and received via all your TTNC numbers. You have a variety of options to help filter your results:
Filter Options for Fax Logs
Number:Which TTNC Number to show. By default, we show all numbers.
Date range:To search a particular date range. Click on one of the date boxes to either type the dates or select them from the calendar.
Type:This will either be Inbound or Outbound.
Status:This will be Sent, Received, Failed.
  1. All your faxes will be displayed as a grid. Any new faxes will be highlighted in blue.

  2. Once you have entered your search values, just click 'Update Results' to filter the statistics.


Re-sending a Failed Fax

If a fax has failed to send, it can be resent via the Fax Logs. Follow these simple steps to do this:

  1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on Fax in the left-hand menu.

  1. Find the fax you wish to resend (failed faxes will be highlighted in red) and click on the three dots next to it and click Retry.

Downloading a Copy of the Fax

When a fax is sent or received the fax is stored in within myTTNC. To download faxes, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on Fax in the left-hand menu.

  1. Click the three dots next to the fax you wish to download, then click on Information.

  2. Click Download Fax
