Setting up and managing your Direct Debit

Set up a Direct Debit to automatically make payment on any monthly renewals. This is the simplest way to keep on top of your billing.

Setting up Direct Debit

Making automatic payments direct from your bank account can be set up in just a few simply steps.

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the My Account tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on Direct Debit.

  1. The Your details section will be automatically pre-populated with the details on your account. Update any information that differs from your bank account.

  2. Under the Your bank details section, fill out the following information:

  • Account holder's name
  • Bank account number
  • Bank sort code

Enter your bank details

  1. If you are the account holder and the only person required to authorise debits from the account, check the tick box below.

  2. Click the Set up Direct Debit button.

  3. Carefully read through the details shown in the popup.

  • If any details are incorrect: Click the Make changes button and amend the relevant details
  • If the details are all correct: Click the Confirm details button to set up your Direct Debit

Check your details

We will send you confirmation via email within 3 working days, once the Direct Debit has been set up by your bank.

Payments will be deducted from your account on or after the 4th of each month and will appear on your bank statement as TTNC.


Viewing your Direct Debit details

You can view the Direct Debit details we have saved:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the My Account tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on Direct Debit.

  1. The following information is shown:
  • Bank account holder's name
  • Bank account number
  • Bank sort code
  • Direct Debit setup date
    You can download a PDF of your Direct Debit mandate for your records, by clicking the 'Download Direct Debit mandate' button.

Changing your Direct Debit

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the My Account tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on Direct Debit.

  1. Click the Change Direct Debit button.

This will bring up a similar form to the one you filled out to set up Direct Debit originally.

You can change your Direct Debit at any time

  1. Once you've filled out the relevant information, click the Change Direct Debit button to start a new Direct Debit.

Making changes to your Direct Debit details will create a new mandate. We will automatically cancel the existing mandate and start using the new details, once you've finished.


Cancelling your Direct Debit

Follow these steps to change your Direct Debit:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the My Account tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on Direct Debit.

  1. Click the Cancel Direct Debit button.

You can cancel your Direct Debit if you'd rather pay by card

  1. Carefully read through the information in the popup.
  • If you've changed your mind and don't want to cancel your Direct Debit: Click Close this box
  • If you'd still like to cancel the Direct Debit: Click Cancel Direct Debit. Another popup will confirm the cancellation.

Please note

You may experience disruption to your service if your payments aren't up to date, so we'd strongly recommend you add either a payment card to use for automatic payments or set up a new Direct Debit.
