Store
In myTTNC the place to purchase services, numbers and functionality is the store. We have talked about specific purchases within other Help Guides, this guide will take a look at each page, and what can be purchased.
Overview
Everything in the store is in one of four categories:

Phone Numbers - Purchase new UK Local, National and Mobile Numbers, new International Numbers and transfer existing numbers into your TTNC Account.

Services - Purchase VoIP Services, Bolt Ons and additional services such as Professional Voice Recordings.

Packages - Upgrade, downgrade and purchase packages of Bolt Ons that can be used account wide.

Credits - Purchase Pay As You Go Call Credit, switch to a Monthly Tariff and buy SMS Credits.
Phone Numbers
In the phone numbers section, you can click:
- UK Numbers to purchase UK Landline Numbers
- Transfer Existing Numbers to Port a number to TTNC
- Directory Submission to add an existing number to BT's OSIS Database
- International Numbers to enquire about an International Number
- UK Mobile Numbers to enquire about a UK Mobile Number
Directory Submissions
You can add your TTNC number to the BT OSIS Directory (The directory used to produce the Phone Book and Directory Enquiries). The submission costs £15+VAT.
Click Directory Submissions
, then enter details of your business. Click Register
and the fee will appear in the basket for payment.
Services
The 'Services' section is made up of four types of service. Each has a Buy Now
button which adds the service to the basket for purchasing. The service types are:
VoIP Services - Purchase VoIP Users or SIP Trunks.
Callback - To purchase a Callback Profile to allow your website visitors to request a call from you.
Additional services - Telephone Answering Service, Outbound Call Recording and Professional Voice Recording.
Bolt Ons - You can purchase all of our Bolts On here. If you currently have a package, the Bolt Ons in that package will not appear in the list.
Packages
The Packages section shows the current packages of each of your numbers as well as all the available upgrades/downgrades. If you're downgrading, the change will take place at the start of the next month, upgrading will add the package to your basket to upgrade immediately.
Credits
All the credits you need to make and receive calls and send SMS can be found in the Credits section.
You have two options Top Up Credits
, or Pay Monthly
Top Up Credits
You can add Pay As You Go Call Credit or SMS Credits by selecting your chosen credit from the drop-down list.
You can add £10, £25 or £50 of Pay As You Go Credit.
If you select 'SMS Credits', you can purchase bundles of between 100 and 100,000.

Pay Monthly
You can view all of the Monthly Tariffs, and their call forwarding rates in the Pay Monthly section. If you're currently only using Pay As You Go Call Credit, you can upgrade to a Monthly Tariff immediately, however, if you currently have a Tariff, the upgrade/downgrade will take place at the start of next month.

Basket
Almost all of the control panel is the same on a mobile as it is on a computer. The Basket is one process which differs across the two.
Everytime an item is added to the basket, a message will pop-up. Click Proceed to Checkout
to continue to proceed through the order process to add the Bolt On to the number specified to your account.
If you choose Continue Shopping
, you can access the basket on a computer by clicking on the basket icon in the top navigation - you'll see the number of items in the basket in a red circle. On mobile, click on the three lines at the top right of the page, then the Basket
tab.
You see an overview of the items and the cost. On a computer, click Checkout
to progress to the payment stage. On mobile, click Checkout
to progress to the payment stage.
Checkout
To complete the purchase, you need to finish the checkout process. After adding items to the Basket and clicking Checkout
a breakdown of your items is displayed.
The process is the same on mobile and on a computer.
Click Checkout
to continue.
Select your payment method. If you only have a single card or have specified a default card, the card will already be selected with a blue outline.
If Pay with Card
has a blue outline, you can click Confirm Payment
If not, click Pay with Card
will allow you to select which payment card to use - you can also add a new payment card here. See our Managing Payment Cards guide for more information. Click Confirm Payment
The payment method will be displayed, and if you're happy to complete the purchase, click Place Order
The purchase will be attempted. If successful, you will receive a receipt to the account email address.
