Managing Renewals

Viewing Renewals

Follow the steps below to view any upcoming renewals:

1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on the Account menu drop-down in the top right corner of the page.

3. Select Billing

4. Click on the Renewals tab.

5. Your renewals are displayed in a table.

Cancelling Renewals

If you want to stop an item from renewing, follow these steps:

1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on the Account menu drop-down in the top right corner of the page.

3. Select Billing

4. Click on the Renewals tab.

5. Click Cancel next to the renewal you wish to cancel.

6. Select the reason for the cancellation and click Cancel Renewal
