Managing renewals
Manage Renewals is where you can see and manage all upcoming renewals for both numbers and services. As well as this you can update your Package or Tariff as well as request an account closure.


Viewing renewals
Follow the steps below to view any upcoming renewals:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the
My Account
tab in the left hand menu. - Click on
Manage Renewals
.


Click the 'Manage Renewals' link in the left hand menu
All your upcoming renewals will be listed in a table view.
Cancelling renewals
If you want to stop an item from renewing, just follow these steps:

Follow the steps above to view your upcoming renewals.

Click on the grey cross to the right of the item you want to cancel.


Click the 'delete' icon alongside the item you wish to cancel

Select the reason for cancellation from the drop-down list.

Click the
Stop Renewal
button to stop the item from renewing.
The service will remain on your account until the renewal date.
Requesting Account Closure
Also on the Manage Renewals page is the option to request your account to be closed.
Account Closure
When you request closure, our Accounts Team will review and action the request at the earliest opportunity. Once completed, your account will be closed. Any numbers, services or Call Credit within the account will be removed.
If you wish for your account to be closed, click on Request Account Closure


A pop up will appear - stating that the request will be sent to the Accounts team to review, and they will close the account during working hours.
Click on the drop-down list to select a reason for the request.
