Control Panel Overview
The myTTNC portal has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. We've redesigned the more difficult processes from the old control panel, and made the platform easy to add new functionality into.
The welcome page of the new control panel allows you to access most functions with only a couple of clicks. You can also see some statistics about your inbound calls, call data and SMS traffic.
Top Bar
Make A Call
You can make outbound calls from the portal using Make A Call - see the Make A Call guide for information.
Basket
The basket will show any items selected for purchase. See our guide to the Basket for more information.
Notifications
Any unseen notifications can be viewed by clicking on the bell icon.
Clicking View all Notifications
allows you, by default, to see all notifications. You can filter with the tabs at the top of the screen.
Account menu drop-down
Data about the account and users, as well as billing and audio files.
User Details
You can update the personal details we hold for you. See our guide to how to Update Your Account Details for more information.
Account Details
You can edit your company information at any time in myTTNC. See our guide to how to Update Your Account Details for more information.
Billing
You can find Payment Cards, Direct Debit, Invoices and Renewals in the billing section.
Payment Methods
You can set up and delete a Direct Debit and add, deactivate and remove payment cards. See our guides to Direct Debit and Managing Payment Cards for more information.
Invoices
You can view all of your historical invoices in this section. See our Invoices guide for more information.
Renewals
Every service with an active monthly or annual renewal will be displayed here. You can switch Tariffs and Packages here too. For more information, see our Managing Renewals guide.
Credits
The final option allows you to set levels for low balance notifications and automatic top up. See our guides to Credit Options, Automatic Top Up and Low Balance Alerts for more information.
Edit User
You can edit your personal details with the Edit User option. See our guide to how to Update Your Personal Details for more information.
Users
You can set up and edit additional users with specific account access. See our Account Users guide for more information.
Contacts
You can add, edit and delete contacts from here - see our guides to SMS Contacts and Contacts for Inbound Calls for more information.
Integrations
You can create Vkeys for use with Google Analytics Call Tracking and for triggering webhooks. See out guides to Google Analytics and Webhooks.
Audio files
This is where recordings that can be used with our services, such as, Call Greeting, Voicemail Pro and IVR, are uploaded and stored. See our guide on how to Upload Recordings for more information.
Log out
You can manually log out of the control panel with this option - By default, your account will automatically log out after 20 minutes of inactivity, you can change this in the Account option.

if you wish to leave us some feedback click the link and you can fill out a short form. Click Submit
to send your comments to us.
Left-hand menu
Phone Numbers
See all of your numbers and edit their setups.
Clicking the three dots on the right of your number will allow you to Setup Forwarding and Edit Number Settings.
The sub-options of Phone Numbers in the left-hand menu, including links to our help guides, are:
- Destinations - Create destinations for easy changes to forwarding
- Ring Groups (or Destination Groups ) - Create groups of destinations
- Call Blocking Lists - Edit your lists for Call Blocking
- Forwarding Rates - View the cost of Forwarding
- Outbound Call Recording - View your numbers set for Outbound Call Recording
VoIP Services
You can add, configure, edit and delete VoIP Users and SIP Trunks.
The sub-options of VoIP Services in the left-hand menu, including links to our help guides, are:
- VoIP Users - Add, configure and remove VoIP Users
- SIP Trunks - Add, configure and remove SIP Trunks
- VoIP Call Rates - View the cost outbound calls via VoIP
- VoIP Logs - See your inbound and outbound call data
- Emergency Access - Add, edit and delete addresses for UK emergency access
Call Data
View your inbound and outbound call data.
The sub-options of Call Data in the left-hand menu, including links to our help guides, are:
- Call Logs - View your call logs
- Google Analytics - Set up a campaign for use in Google Analytics
SMS
Send and view SMS.
The sub-options of SMS in the left-hand menu, including links to our help guides, are:
- Send SMS - Sending an SMS
- Scheduled SMS - Setting an SMS to send at a later date
- SMS Conversations - Viewing SMS Conversations
- SMS Logs - Viewing SMS Logs
- Display Names & Numbers - Viewing and requesting SMS Display Names
Fax
Send and view Fax.
The sub-options of SMS in the left-hand menu, including links to our help guides, are:
- Send Fax - Sending a fax from myTTNC
- Received - View inbound faxes
- Email to Fax - Send fax via email
- Fax Log - View the fax logs
Callback
A Callback profile on your website allows your visitors to request a call back from you. This option allows you to create, edit and remove profiles.
The sub-options of Callback in the left-hand menu, including links to our help guides, are:
- Callback Logs - View the Callback logs
- Call Rates - View the Callback call rates
Store
You can purchase numbers, services, packages and credit from the store - see our guide to the Store for more information.
Contact Us
Links to the Contact Us page on our website to allow you to get in touch if you need to.
Status Page
Links to the Status page on our website to view all of our services and any issues we're experiencing.
