Time Based Forwarding

Setting up Time Based Forwarding for your calls

Time Based Forwarding is an automated service which enables you to control where you take your calls based on the time of day, or the day of the week. This is particularly useful when you have a requirement for calls to be forwarded to certain members of your team at certain times of day. It's also very useful if you know your business is perhaps closed on a certain day of the week and you can set-up Time Based Call Forwarding to a Voicemail service or Information Line.
