Pay As You Go Call Credit

We've used Pay As You Go (PAYG) as a method for paying for calls for a long time now. It's an excellent way for you to pay for the time that you spend on each of your calls and take complete control of how often you're paying out for call credit.

The benefits of PAYG Call Credit are many, including:

  • No regular payments, top-up when you need to through your online account.
  • Use the Automatic Top-Up service to add credit when it's needed.
  • Your call credit doesn't have an expiry date; it only goes down because of the inbound calls you receive that forward to your mobile or landline.
  • Receive Email and SMS alerts when your credit is running low.

Topping Up Your Credit

Just follow the steps on myTTNC to get topped up:

  1. Log into myTTNC by going to
  2. Click on Store in the left-hand menu.
  1. Click Credits

Select an amount to top up by

  1. Click Top Up Credits
  1. Select a top-up amount from the drop-down box. This can be £10, £25 or £50.
  1. Click Add to basket

  2. Click on the basket at the top of the Control Panel. This will display all the items you've added, as well as showing the total cost of the basket. When you're happy with the basket, click Checkout to begin the payment process.


Click the 'Add to basket' button

  1. Proceed through the order process to add the PAYG Credit to your account.
