Making Changes to a Call Back Profile

You can change a profile's name, destination number or display number at any time by following the steps below:

1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on Callback in the left-hand menu.

3. Click Click to Call profiles, then click on the three dots next to the profile you want to amend, click Edit

4. Make the changes to the profile, then click Save

Please note

The code you place on your website to add the Call Back form will automatically update. You will not need to make any changes yourself.

Deleting a Call Back Profile

You can delete any profiles that you no longer need by following these simple steps:

1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on Callback in the left-hand menu.

3. Click Call Back profiles, then click on the three dots next to a profile, click Delete

You cannot undo this. If you create a new profile, you will need to update any code on your website with the new code.

Please note

If you delete a profile that's currently in use, any Call Back forms associated with it will no longer work. A user will receive an error message if they fill out the Call Back form on your website.
