View Call Back Rates

Call Back is a way of making an outbound call displaying your number following an enquiry from your website.

As it involves making two calls and bridging them together (one to your number receiving the Call Back and a second to the number you wish to call) the cost is higher than using Dial Through.

These rates can be found by:

1. Log into myTTNC by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on Call Back in the left-hand menu.
3. Then click on Call Rates in the left-hand menu.
4. Enter the number you will receive the 'Call Back' notification and the number you wish to call, and click View Rates
