Standard Call Forwarding

Basic Call Forwarding allows you to forward your calls to either a single destination (this could be a landline or a mobile), have a sequence of destinations that ring one after the other or even have multiple destinations ring at once.

Forwarding to a single number

Just follow these steps on myTTNC to forward your calls to a single destination:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the Phone Numbers tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the Edit button on the number you want to setup.

  1. Select Call Forwarding from the list of services.

  1. Click on the Call Forwarding tab at the top.

  1. Enter your desired destination number in the Destination 1 field.

  1. To apply the settings, just click confirm. From now on, all calls will be forwarded to the single number.


Setting up Hunt Group

Just follow these steps on myTTNC to get all your destinations ringing in sequence:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the Phone Numbers tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the Edit button on the number you want to setup Hunt Group.

  1. Click on the Call Forwarding tab at the top.

  1. Enter your desired destination numbers in the destination fields. These numbers need to be in the order that you want them to ring. To add or remove destinations, simply click the plus and minus buttons next to each destination field. Please note that more than one destination needs to be added for Hunt Group to work.

    • If you have standard Hunt Group (free): you can have up to three destinations.
    • If you have Hunt Group Pro (Bolt On): you can have up to ten destinations.
  2. If you have Forward to All (Bolt On) on your number, select the option Ring numbers in order. If you do not have the Forward to All service, Hunt Group will automatically be active.

  1. You can also change the time it takes before the next destination rings. By default the value is set to 20 seconds. To change this time simply enter a value in the Ring time box. Please note the delay is measured in seconds, not number of rings.

  2. To apply the settings, just click confirm. Next time you receive a call, your destination numbers will one at a time in sequence.


Setting up Forward to All (Bolt On)

Just follow these steps on myTTNC to get all your destinations ringing at once:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the Phone Numbers tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the Edit button on the number you want to setup Forward to All.

Forwarding to VoIP?

If you want to forward your calls to a VoIP destination, follow the steps above and enter your SIP or IAX address into the destination fields. Please note: when entering an IAX address into the destination field you will need to add I: (capital i followed by a colon) before the address.

Forwarding internationally?

If you want to forward internationally, follow the steps above and enter the international destination number into the destination fields. The international number should include the country code but exclude any leading zeros and any other symbols.

You can forward to the majority of international destinations without authorisation from us. However if you have any issues when trying to set up your number, please email support@ttnc.co.uk with your customer reference number and the destination number you'd like to forward to.
