VoIP
Making outbound calls via VoIP is the simplest way to display your TTNC number on your calls.
Making calls via the TTNC Softphone App for Mobile
Once your VoIP User has been registered with the Softphone app, you can make calls from the application.
For more information see our TTNC Softphone for Mobile User Guide.
Making calls via the TTNC Softphone App for Desktop
Once your VoIP User has been registered with your Softphone, you can make calls from the application.
For more information see our TTNC Softphone Desktop Application User Guide.
Making calls via an IP Handset
Once your VoIP User has been registered with your IP Handset, you will be able to make calls displaying your TTNC Number by simply typing in the number.
All VoIP Phones supplied by TTNC are pre-configured with your VoIP User, so should be 'Plug-and-play' out of the box. If the phone was purchased elsewhere you may need to refer to our VoIP Hardware help guide for information about set up.
Making calls via a SIP Trunk
Once your SIP Trunk has been successfully set up to receive calls, you should be able to make calls displaying your TTNC Number.
See our help guide to SIP Trunks for more information.
