Outbound VoIP call logs

Our VoIP call logs allows you to see itemised statistics for all calls you make. You have total control over what you see and you can even download the statistics to view offline.


Dial Through and Dial Out Calls

The Outbound VoIP Call Logs show calls made only via VoIP.

If you're making outbound calls with Dial Through or Dial Out, you'll find the call logs in those sections.

Viewing your outbound calls

You can view detailed information on all the calls you make using the VoIP call logs.

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the VoIP tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Select VoIP call logs.

Viewing your VoIP call logs

Your latest calls will be displayed in the table showing the following information:

  • Time: The time the call was made.

  • Dialled Number: The number dialled.

  • Display Number: The TTNC number the call was initiated from.

  • Alias: The nickname of the Endpoint.

  • Duration: How long the call lasted for.

  • Ring Time: How long it took for the receiver of the call to answer.

  • Cost: How much the call cost.

  • Status: The status of the call - either Answered, Unanswered or Unknown.

  • Status indicator: A coloured orb is displayed to show the status of a call rather than text. Green is for Answered, red is Unanswered and grey is Unknown. You can see what each colour means using the key at the bottom of the page.

  • Information: Clicking this brings up an box, showing detailed information regarding the call. This includes a unique reference, so if you ever have any queries about specific calls, you can quote this when contacting our Support team.
    You can use the search box to find specific calls. Type specific information or any of the table headers (excluding Status) to find what you need.

To view more results, use the the next and previous arrows below the table to navigate through the pages. You can also choose how many rows you'd like displayed.

Refining the results

Looking for a specific date range? Or maybe just all answered calls? You can refine your results at the top of the table:

  • Select Endpoint: Use the drop down to select the Endpoint you want to view the call logs for.

  • Date between: To select a date range, click in the date box to bring up the date picker calendar.

  • Status: You can choose to only display results based on their status. Options include Answered, Unanswered and Unknown.

Once you have entered your search values, just click the Update Results button to filter the logs.

You can download a CSV file containing all your outbound logs simply by clicking the Download .CSV button in the bottom right of the table.
