Creating an individual address
To create a new address, just follow these steps:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the
Phone Numbers
tab in the left hand menu. - Click on
Address Book
.


Select 'Address Book' from the left hand menu
- Below the table, click the
Add new address
button. Fill out the contact's name and number (this can also be a SIP address, however IAX addresses are not supported in the address book).


Click 'Add new address' and enter the address details
- Clicking
Add address
will create the address and add it to your addresses table. You can edit this information at a later date by clicking theEdit
icon.
Creating a group
Follow the steps below to combine your addresses into groups:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the
Phone Numbers
tab in the left hand menu. - Click on
Address Book
.


Select 'Address Book' from the left hand menu
- Click the
Create new group
row.


Click the 'Create new group' row
- Firstly give your group a name. This is what you will type into the destination fields when setting up your call forwarding. Click
Create group
once the name has been entered.


Give the group a name
- Click the
+
button. This will bring up a list with all your existing addresses. Select the addresses you want to add to the group and then clickConfirm
.


Select the addresses you want to add to the group

Use the handles to the right of each address to rearrange them in the order you want each number to ring. If you are using the Forward to All Bolt On, the order is irrelevant. To remove an address, click the delete icon.

Once you have the group set up as required, you can navigate away from the page by clicking the back button in the setup window. If you no longer wish to use the group, you can click the
Delete group
button to remove it.
Using an address or a group
Once you've set up the appropriate addresses or groups, you can now use them for call forwarding. When setting up your destinations, simply type either the address or group name into the destination field. Anytime you change the address' information, the destination will automatically be updated.
